Il y a des restos ramen a Nantes , ma ville du sud Bretagne, dans l ouest de la France. Nous les bretons celtes sommes plutôt fan des crêpes et galettes complètes et d'un bon coup de chistr ( cidre breton). Mais les ramen sont particulièrement bon mais évidemment je suppose qu'ils ne sont pas forcément au niveau des japonais.

Have had the Raman in NYC but have not been to Japan to try it there yet. Visited my Friend Kichii in Portland Or where he lives now after moving there from Japan many years ago and he took me to a place called Matsunoki Ramen there and it was amazing. He even said it was the most authentic ramen he has had since leaving Japan

I wish Ichiran was in California. When I went to Kyoto on Spring this year, this was hands down the best Ramen I've ever had. The meat was unbelievably chewy.
