Master G. Ndofaya's finest. Hosi ya mina 👊🙌. Thank you Mr. Deza
This is such a brilliant interview with an enigmatic powerhouse #Mzansi's Finest Thespian 🐐❤️✨👑🎬✨
How did I miss this marvelous interview? One day I would like to meet this legend and ask for mentorship.
Wow! What a great voice! What a great musician! I remember hearing her song for the first time in 1978 when I was doing grade 8 ... the song is "Help Me Somebody" ... it drove me crazy. For me, the following songs are lifetime hits: * Nomalanga * Ziphinkomo * We can do it * Woman got the right to be Letta Mbulu and Caiphus Semenya, the formidable music force ever to grace the land
The love I have for ubab Vusi Kunene 🙌🙌🙌❤️❤️❤️ I hope David brings him to his podcast as well
When u don't have girl friend no it's good this music
I just have to share this one. I once bumped into Mam'Letta years ago together with her equally legendary husband Cuiphus Semenya walking past parliament in Cape Town as I was on my way to school. I am ashamed to say I was late and strolling coz I just didn't care, I spotted them, greated humbly and obviously star struck but they did not have it, they were such elders for they put me in my place by calling me into order for being late and taking my time to get there. Now I really appreciate that moment as it gave me a story to tell but moreso to testify that they are human beings and just parents before iconic musicians with iconic status. ❤
I'm thoroughly enjoying the interview and literally typing as I'm listen. This lady is graceful, has a beautiful soul and despite all her achievements, she remains humble ❤ sidenote to Radio 2000, please consider editing out the ads, livereads & news coz I'm 100% certain we're all here for the interview and definetely not the news ads etc. Either than that, keep up the great work
Bring it back pls
Omg, I love her music. She's getting me through my last years of my study here in Norway. Respect 🙏🏾❤️

One of those great episodes I almost missed.
I was looking forward to the possible collaboration between Tracy Chapman and Zahara, death be not proud, may she continue to rest eternally 😢❤
Big up to Radio 2000, it was the only radio station that played Zahara's music when she was still alive, i used to travel to Gauteng a lot between 2021 and 2023, and when I switched radios i would hear one of her songs play, especially Bengirongo🎉
Respect from salvador Bahia Brazil

I enjoy your show such that I have a radio on my desk at work and I get to listen to you. You are the best ntate Mashabela. Inviting this legend, ntate Semenya, to the studio, is a cherry on top. He is an icon I wish to be part of the teaching staff at his institution. My other wish ntate Mashabela is to be at your show one day to be interviewed by the best, which is YOU👊🏾👌🏿👍🏾
Bra dav, please bring the legend to the museum "king David studio"

Good memories, pliz make a tour to Uganda,we love lucky dube❤🇺🇬
The mighty soul brothers.
The late Lucky Dube was someone who couldn't hurt a fly, let alone kill it. So, for him to have been killed senselessly just for a CAR is incomprehensible. Lucky Dube was that person who brought you joy whenever you were stressed and heartbroken through his meaningful songs. Lucky Dube wasn't just a singer. He was an activist who sang against injustices and promoted peace and love. R.I.P Lucky Dube, you're missed and loved.
So beautiful baby ❤❤
