Both of my t2 earpieces stopped working I found this solution on the internet and it worked for me Bring AAA or lithium ion batter which is used in the hand torches if you have one Get one piece out of the box, connect the two sides of the AAA battery to the two PATCHES on the ear piece, for 3 sec or 4 sec, then remove it and wait for 3 sec it will turn on and the light will work. Put it back in the box to continue the recharge, and repeat this with the other piece If it doesn't work, change the sides of the AAA battery the positive and negative and try again Don't be afraid it won't explode even if you changed the AAA battery sides my left bud worked on the AAA battery But my right one refused to work even when i changed the sides of the AAA battey So i tried the lithium ion battery and it worked thank god
This trick for only both earbuds working but each doesn’t pair each other. Each device shows as separate devices. Only one earbud blink led. 1. Forget both earbuds form mobile 2. Put the charging case. 3. Remove both together. 4. When just on removing press 3 times multifunctional button on earbuds which has led. (When pressing time make sure your smartphone shows only one bluetooth device) 5. Now check👍👍👍👍👍
Nothing will work unless you do your right settings on your phone .. I was also facing same problem before but now I fixed own my own.. please do this steps carefully 100% work.. go to your settings *Additional settings *Accessibility Then on the top portion you will see option of hearing, visibility, sounds etc Go check your hearing setting..if blue colour of lines fully goes to right then u will able to hear sounds only on right side .. so all you have to do is make that blue line in middle after that it works on both earbuds thank you . If it works please like my comment.. 😊💯
Leave the earbuds out of the box. In 12-24 hours check the earbud and that dead one (in my case right earbud) is alive again but discharged. It is glitch of this model.
I want to add my problems with my right earbud. They are Soundpeats sonic. It is a little different error than the one in the post, but still very valuable. The case is working properly. I bought them on October 2021 and they were great, until they failed. I've used them constantly for 1.5 years and taken good care of them. I even charged them constantly with my phone fast charger. (According to soundpeats this might be the reason since the earbuds don't handle well fast chargers). My right earbud is working inversely now. When I put it in the case it turns on and pairs itself to my cellphone and to the left earbud that is outside the case. Of course, it shouldn't be doing this in the case. It should just turn itself off and charge itself. But so far, it is not charging since the light doesn't turn on to indicate a charge. My cellphone indicates it has a 10% battery left. When I take it out, it shuts off, or at least it mutes itself. Since it is on in the case I can't reset it, or maybe it does, but it doesn't fix the problem. The case detects it is connected since the charging light of the case turns on and off. Green when The case works fine. I even disassemble the case to test the charging for both earbuds. The left earbud can charge itself in the right one, and it shuts itself off (normal operation). But the right earbud does the same error in the left copper pillars. I've contacted Soundpeats. They gave me a similar solution to the ones posted here. They asked me to take them out of the case for 2 days and pray that they will fix themselves. Soundpeats even offered a 10% discount on my next purchase. I want to discharge completely my right earbud, but how can I do it, if it turns itself off when out of the case. And the multifunction button doesn't turn it on. I'll try to discharge the case with the help of the left earbud and maybe discharge the right one that way. In the past few days, I was able to get the right earbud working, but it was not a long-lasting solution, and have not been able to replicate it. Maybe I'll try to tear the right earbud apart and maybe get a new battery for it. But it might not be that simple. It's a shame, such good earbuds but they will probably fail in a year or so. Just after the warranty has ended. Maybe warranty length will be a definitive factor for my next purchase. I will let you know if by taking them out of the case and trying to kill the right earbud battery fixes the problem in the long run.
I own a pair of my first earbuds, Sudio N2, for not even a month and this happened so I'll just share my experience with you guys. 15th February 2023 during midnight, suddenly my right earbud didn't work, no sound, no indication/notification of bluetooth trying to connect to any of the devices I have, both PC and phone, so I panicked of course, tried to do 5 seconds factory reset, didn't work either. so I've tried a method of putting both earbuds back into the case, charging using its own Sudio usb-c plug + an apple charger adapter (I saw a comment here said use a 5v 1a charger so I've used the apple one, to be honest just any of the normal charger adapter is fine as long as it's not super fast charge ones, before this I connect the Sudio usb-c plug to the PC usb port so it might have caused the problem....or nah, but either way it depends on the earbuds, it can malfunction in the weirdest ways lol) and after charging since midnight till morning, nope it didn't work either, right earbud was still dead. so my last resort seeing the comments here and from the sudio earbud problem solved video was to put the malfunction (not working) earbud out of its charger case, let the battery drain, I remember the time was around 8:45am (almost 9am) then i left it out of the charger case (along with the left earbud too just in case, for your information left earbud works normal but this is just in case.) to let the charger case and both earbuds out there to let them drain the battery down. ***Note: I've also saw some comments saying just let both earbuds and the charger case stay at least 10m away from each other and so I did, and just in case too I let both my PC and phone to "Forget this device". so around 11pm I was back from hanging out, I've tried my luck and put both earbuds back inside the case charger for a good few minutes, maybe 5-10 minutes, letting it sit to charge a little bit, and then I opened the charger case let the bluetooth connect to my phone (try to connect to one device first before testing another one, just in case it might cause some problems again) and my right earbud really become back to normal again, both earbuds are fine, left and right, and I've also tested only using one of the earbuds too, on PC after that, it works normal again. So from the Sudio left/right earbud working solution video the uploader mentioned about something like software reset, you know, like imagine trying to restart PC or restart phone, hence to let the not working earbud to drain out their battery for a good few hours then put it back again, try maybe at least 8-12 hours (you can try count the duration of the time I left my earbuds and charger out) before putting them back to charge a bit, recommendation is to charge them longer when you try to put them back but I was being impatient but this method does work. the uploader in the video I've mentioned have also said that, if this last resort method still doesn't work then it might be hardware problem, so good luck anyone in the future reading this!
if you guys also bought a pair of earbuds or use it for not over a year or longer or so, remember keep their receipts in case of warranty to exchange for a new pair of earbuds if it's a hardware problem.
Hey both my earbuds suddenly stopped working while I was listening to music and I tried charging it but it didn't work because there's no LED lights on both of the earbuds. Does anyone know how this can be fixed if this happened to them?
Hi guys I've encountered the same problems where the left buds suddenly not charging and not turning on(no light indicator at all). All i did was leave the not working buds out of the case for almost 24 hours to drain the battery, After that , i put it in the case and it's start to charge again, Now u just have to wait for it to fully charge. Not other way works for me ,only this was working, hope this helps .
Try leaving the earbud that doesn`t work out of the case to completely drain the battery, Then put it in the case and see if the light comes on. Then it will start charging and should work.
My right bud doesn't work and the light doesn`t come on. I left the non-working earbud out of the case to completely drain the battery, put it in the case to charge it. Light came on, and ... it works!! Using it now. Thanks for all the advice, everyone.
Tap them 3 times, few times.. i did it 3taps x 3times.. i unpaired them first then did 3x3 and then i turned on bluetooth and paired with T2.. i had problem of having 2 separate earphones on BT to connect.. so.. this is kinda the way to get them bach together.. fuk me
OK, so I tried EVERYHTING and the only thing that worked was to let the power go out and then charge them again but on my LAPTOP. It seems if you charge them connected directly to the power socket they get more voltage than they should and then this happens (one earbud doesn't work). I hope this can work for you as well!
I was listening to music. Suddenly the right bud stopped and the light turned off.. and when I put it in the box, the charging light only works on the case, but the bud light does not work.... What is the solution, please The problem has been resolved and the headset is now working The headset stayed out of the box for 24 hours completely and was working Do not try to ship the box with the buds inside Do not use a charger above 1ampere
Bro how can i drain the battery the right one is not showing anylight like in the video and left one is closing itself after it couldnt find any device to connect
keep both the buds outside the case overnight (at least till both buds' battery drains) while keeping the case on charging overnight. Then put them in the case.
bro just press both earbuds 3 times for a couple of times (just like when u try to access google voice) it works for me. press it just after u turned it on, before pairing
I just bought this stuff. but I got an issue, when I tried it all function is normal. But, around five minutes play the "volume down" is not working at all. So I tried to reset it, but it works same as before:(. anybody got a some issues? thank you!
hey all, it has been a while and I'm kinda surprised by how much attention this video has gotten! this is how I managed to fix the problem. It was simply a pairing problem; in order for the buds to enter pairing mode you have to click on the multi functional buttons three times each. This will allow them to pair. Hope this helps!
Hi, i'm having the same problem here. Do you click on the multi function button when the buds in the case or is it outside? i tried both, and nothing happened. I also tried most of the solution posted here but no luck so far :(
Ok so this has happened to me twice. What you need to do is the following and will require patience: 1. Default reset - Place both earbuds in case. Close case. Re open case and reset by holding down on multi function button for 10-20 seconds. The led lights should flash then go off. Close case again and reopen. If this still fails go to 2. 2. Full power reset - Power the case and ear buds to full charge and leave them for at least 8-12 hours. Do not open the case just leave it to charge. When it’s finished leave it for 8 hours. (Open after this period) and it should respond as normal or after you attempt a reset as per 1 above it should return. If this fails go to 3. 3. No Power reset - Allow the ear buds and case to completely drain. (This will be time consuming) then restart the full power process as described in 2. NB: If you place the headphones in and see the blue flashing led light indicating it’s charging, the ear bud is not dead, it’s just unresponsive so these techniques will reset the ear buds if the standard way does not work. You may still need to charge the unresponsive ear bud once it becomes responsive again.

@MudLee I fixed them. Just charge the case fully and unplug the cable. Let the earbuds charge in case as long as you can without opening it. For about 2 days. The problem was I changed them with fast charger and that's why they died.
@MudLee bo prob, but how did you know when they ran out of battery if there is no lights on them? And how long did it take since you weren't able to play music
Hi everyone it happened to me as well with the right earbud, I tried different things; I was ready to return these to Amazon and now are working well again. Here is what I did, I hope you solve this as well. a) I plugged the charger until full charged with the earpuds on it, b) I disconnected the charger (when fully charged) c) I left both earbuds in the charger (already disconnected from power) a whole night and suddenly the right earbud is working now. God Bless¡¡¡
I cleaned the two gold dots at my connection point, removed the plastic earbuds, and left everything in the case attached to a charger. I checked once the case was fully charged and it worked!
