In the blood fraction collected there were still some parasites, it means all of the parasites are not separated from the blood sample, as 100% accuracy can't be obtained, is it?

Dear author, I'm an undergrade doing my thesis relateing to SDS-PAGE and Coomassie staining. In the staining result, I see that the Unknown protein band is in between 70 and 55 kDA. According to your analysis, the Unknown protein is 78.25 kDA. Can you explain this?

I really enjoyed watching this dissection. Every organ was explained in detail and was very easy to point out. I never knew squid eyes were pretty close to a human eye I thought they were a lot smaller. I also was never aware squids were covered in chromatophores to help them with camouflage. Growing up, I thought squids only had tentacles, and never knew it was just two long arms.
