80's Fender stratocaster on Jazz context!
Lovely playing buddy! I have an older MiM Stratocaster in that colour Cheers!
Thanks! Lake placid blue, really beautiful! My Esquire has gradually turned to green a bit🎸
is that the CC guard or body install?
it's hung on pick guard! lollar's one🎸
Nice work!
Thank you!
Does the other input raise the volume. like other Fender amps?
thanks! nope, other output is lower vol! Vol 1 is low and 2 is loud🎸
Beautiful tones! Which guitar did you use?🎸
Thanks🎸 I played on Esquire!
@@jazz-chichi awesome
Do you have an Instagram page as well?
Nice. If I like my Pro Junior, what does the 57 Champ do that the PJ can't deliver?
Thank you! Champ will give you warm mild mid tone and overdrive. it's look alike but completely different amp!
@@jazz-chichi Champis 6L6 Tubes and Pro Junior uses EL84 tubes I think, plus different circuits, but difference between Fendery American sound and Marshally British sound is an easy way to think of it?
@@thomasharris7881 Yeah, exactly! When I play overdrive pedals on Pro Junior, I feel Marshall on this. That's why Jeff Beck used Pro Junior, I think!!
Great playing! I love your melodies on the Charlie Chrstian 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Thank you! This pickup is amazing🎸
No neck pickup? still sounds great
Yep, Esquire is telecaster without neck pickup! Only bridge pickup but I play Jazz on this🎸
Cool playing! Is this the Pro Junior IV that is on the market now? Thanx!
Thanks! Yeah, tweed Pro Junior Ⅳ🎸
@@jazz-chichi The reason why I asked this is I can not decide between the Fender 57 Custom Champ and this for home practice. 5W vs 15W, made in US vs made in Mex. The price difference. Could you please share a couple of thoughts with me about these two combos? It would help me a lot. In Hungary, where I live, you can not just go inside a music store and try them, because they have hardly anything in stock. Thanx!
inspirational, great job
Thank you!
Wonderful buddy 🙌🙌
Thank you😍
I see you still loving this guitar :))
Oh,thanks! How's going? I still play Jazz on tele🎸
Good mood!
Thank you!
the tone zone
i love this peaceful mood. nice play! what is the best pickup do you like on telecaster neck position? cc sounds warm and good
thanks! for me, factory set pickup is the best! cc is good, i love this. But cannot be replaced by original, imo.
"StratoCATSER?"
Ohh!! Spelling miss, thanks!
wowww, that's sound awesome
Thanks!
Love your tele videos! My favorite style of guitar 😊
Thank you!!
I have an '82 Strat similar to yours. Bought it new... Love it!
Oh, you have been with your Smith Strato for about 40 years. Smith Strato's tone is really great. I happened to play another Smith Strato and also sound really great. Yours must have good response!
great clean tone. vol between 4-5? great vid thanks
Thanks, yep vol at 4 to 5. I always play on this vol🎸 I love champ!
your best solo yet !!!!!
Thank you🎸
Is that a Lollar in the neck? Sounds great.
thanks! yep, lollar Christian Christian pickup🎸
I wish I could improvise like that!
Thanks, just practice chromatic scale! You also play like this🎸
Fender champ ? Which model did you use? Greetings
Thanks! I played Fender 57 custom champ.
i really enjoy listening to this while doing my homework
Thank you, glad to hear that! I'm happy my guitar will be good background music🎸
love it man
Thanks!
sweet tone!
Thanks🎸
what scales do u use to improvise on?
Thanks! Actually, I'm not sure. I don't know much about musical scales.
@@jazz-chichi Respect sir. The fact that you can play so well without knowing about musical scales is amazing. It's better to be able to play than to get lost in theory.
@@robbyt.5258 Thank you! I need more understandings of theory but hard to understand. That's why I am now what I am!
@@jazz-chichi Hello, you are good the way you are. You don't need to be so self-critical. Theory is boring, academic guitar playing is also boring. Music comes from the soul. There are things that cannot be learned because they come from the soul. Greetings Robby
Strat ❤️❤️❤️
Thanks, I feel 80's Fender gears are underrated anytime I play this!
Your playing is always so beautiful. Thank you for sharing.
Oh, my pleasure! Thank you for your comment🎸
Extremely tight
Thanks! Exactly the Tele Tone!! I love this gear.
Pretty guitar! Keep it going!
Thank you! I will🎸
Great, I really like your guitar sound
Thank you, glad to hear that🎸
Complimenti! Grande mano, grande suono, grande chitarra! 👍 🎸
Thank you🎸😍
It is not that often that I hear such nice tones! This combo is able to add some more charm to your already nice playing. Do you remember in what position you used the master tone knob of your Tele? Thanx!
Thank you! I played full vol and tone of telecaster. Tone goes mild when cutting telecaster vol but in this vid I need much more sharp tone! But still mild, it's due to champ character imo!
@@jazz-chichi Thanx! Actually, I almost always use the bridge pickup of my Tele and Strat with full vol and tone. I love sharp tones. So with this combo these are the sharpest tones, which are in fact mild. It is ok, I like it!
Now you're cooking 😎🎶
Thanks🎸
Did you not use the same combo in your older vids?
Yeah, I uploaded many! When I play Esquire, I always choose this Champ. Please watch another Vid!
Hi there! Very nice tones! One question: do you sometimes use this amp cranked? I am interested in its natural overdrive, but I have not found any demo about that! Thanx!
Hi,thanks for comment! I want to crank up but too loud for my bedroom! I feel champ is its best at Vol.4 to 5, at which tone goes a bit overdrive. I always play at this Vol zone🎸
@@jazz-chichi It is a nice amp, and I have been thinking about buying it for some time, but I am a bit worried that I might miss the tone knob. Is the guitar tone adjustment enough? Thanx!
@@gordospeti Yep, response to guitar tone is really good. I always adjust guitar tone and vol to control overdrive level. Champ is really good amp. Nothing replaces this amp!
@@jazz-chichi Thanx for letting us have some insight into what this combo is like!
Playing and sound is so nice. How about this guitar? I play jazz and blues. It's better than archtop guitar? Are you satisfield?
Thanks! This gear is good but for me too good to play and practice! I would say somehow boring because it sounds great all the time. It's fun to play Jazz on Fender Esquire rather than this.
nice play as always! how can i play like this?
Thank you! Try Paul Desmond's sax play on guitar! I always play his licks on guitar🎸
Tone is fire, bro !!!!!
Thanks! That's my favorite tone🎸
What brand of telecaster is this?
Thank you! Nashguitars T52 🎸
3 minute noodles, gotta love em! Thanks for sharing JAZZ ChiChi.
Thanks! I can't stop noodling on this gear! I love this tone!
sweet
Thank you!
Sounds great!🎸
Thanks! I love nash telecaster🎸
@@jazz-chichi does it have a different feel than the Esquire?
@@Rodney_T Yep, really different! Nash goes much solid and sharp than Esquire. It's mainly due to body, Nash is Ash and Esquire is Pine!
@@jazz-chichi awesome to know! I do love teles!🎸
Excellent playing 🤝🏽
Thank you😍
😍
Sounds wonderful! Clean tone, really nice playing, cool voicings.
Thank you!
Really nice!
Thank you!
Just bought one of these in the same color!
@@fredsaintfelix6828 Oh, you did. You must have wonderful time playing your Esquire! How you feel about?
So Beautiful !
Thanks😍
