It ranges from 2-5 million per acre depending on the exact location. I know of one parcel of 10 acres that's going for 3.8 Million per acre

Simply amazing, speechless by beautiful jaw dropping views. The Lodge is designed very nicely. All the amenities are spot on. Kudos to the Mother who made this legacy for her children and family. Have put this as one of places to stay in Kenya. Just fantastic.

I have been there several times and it is definitely worth going but the best in Africa? Look at chale island, ngorongo and other places as they are also very beautiful. You can do some nice fishing at the waterfall if you are interested

don't get me wrong please it is a very nice and unique place and can be highly recommended but the rates are not affordable for most africans so it is mainly for foreign tourists. @@mytimelinekenya
