hi, as i mentioned in another comment allen Key size 8, around 50 cm in length th-cam.com/video/hLyilZLucQY/w-d-xo.html U can See the Tool in the Video above
hi, i am not a pro, so i do not know, how to do that exactly. there are a lot of videos on youtube to this topic, i think. i have watched one of the videos for bicycle to adjust my disc break.
How did you placed it back? I'm having issues placing back the plastic/rubber piece (the one you were unscrewing at 01:25)... It's NOT getting back inside no matter what I'm trying... If anyone has a suggestion I'd put appreciate it! 🙏🏻🙏🏻😔
yeah, this part is quite tricky. based on my experience, either do not fully stick the steering bar into the tube, put the rubber piece on tube as well, press on steering bar and rubber part at the same time, the rubber part might slip in together with the bar. or fully stick the steering bar into tube, press the rubber part into tube as well. guess, thats what u did. use a big "flat" screwdriver or similar things, alternatingly beat on the left and right side of the rubber part with a sledge. good luck :)
Not sure by the comments if everyone's figured this out, I had and resolved this issue, if it is the same. Like earlier comment stated, you need to remove the handle bare and front wheel (same process) to access the bearings, the lower bearings had a bit of rust but cleaned it up with WD40 and re-greased it all with bearing grease and its been great since. Look up front bearing problems on bikes, helped me, hope I helped some of you.

Hi, have uploaded 2 Videos, the first one is from Kugoo. You can follow the instructions in the video. In my case it is a little bit more complicated. The support from geekbuy und kuggo is pretty poor. I still didnt get answers to my questions to the special tool at end of the first video.

Thx bro
Most likely the sealed bearings at the bottom near the center of the tier is out or bound up. The handelbar has to be removed to replace.
