I’m from Ottumwa Iowa. The inspiration Roseanne got for the lunchbox was from the canteen. A little loose meat shop under one of our bridges. Great place with history. Her husband at the time Tom Arnold was from Ottumwa. They were frequent visitors of the Canteen. No Hawaiian bun though.

I have to say that’s some delicious looking chili. Perfect texture! Using this technique with the mixer is fantastic. I boil the meat in water or tomato juice and to get finer texture use the emulsifier but I like this technique much better!

Are you still happy with them? I just got a quote today and sooo want to run with it! Although I have to decide between the 9” and 6” spacing. The owner here recommends 9” but I’m considering 6”. The only negative requests I’ve read are that the fan on the box that controls the lights is very loud and that the app is awful. What is your opinion on these two things? Thank you.

the lights are great, very happy we did them. the app that controls them is completely crap. only use is to turn them on and off. ANY kind of programming is futile.

We got Trimlight in 2018 (USA). I think we paid some $1700 US. Back then, the bulbs were not individually addressable; we have 2 addressable strands, so 2 colors, alternating every other bulb. The app was absolutely the worst pile of garbage I've ever used, so I ponied up some $700 maybe 2 years later to get the "upgraded" controller that can address individual bulbs and has a "better" app. We didn't update the strands due to the extreme cost; I just needed an app that didn't make me want to rip out my eyeballs every time I used it. The app is a little bit better, but it's still the basic terrible design as the original. Since we only have 2 addressable strands, we can't use any moving patterns. The app is still among the worst I've ever used - for any kind of app - not just lighting. The colors on the bulbs are nowhere near what the colors in the app show. Neither version of the app allows me to use dawn and dusk, so I have to constantly change the times through the year. The app is horrible and klunky and extremely non-intuitive. There's not even a master on-off option. I'm here looking now to see if it's possible to update our app to something that will at least allow me to set dawn and dusk with my existing controller. While I like having permanent lights, and the Trimlight install looks nice, I'm so disappointed in the controls and the app I could just vomit. I'm also looking for a DIY solution to replace the strands in the tracks, because the tracks really are nice. ...but I just can't spend thousands of dollars every few years to keep the terrible app updated. What I'd really like is a DIY solution for a new controller and lights that I can place in my existing tracks. There are several other companies in the market now. I'd definitely look at the other ones. No matter which one you choose, be sure to look over the app BEFORE you plonk down your thousands of Dollars for a lighting system. Maybe Trimlight's app is better now, but if it follows the same design as the original, meh. I looked at the Govee DIY system, but it looks horrible on the house compared to the Trimlight. The tracks really are the best solution.

Put wax paper or parchment paper first flour then add your dough , I also would leave the dough thicker you can do that by doubling the recipe then roll it after the cinnamon sugar the parchment paper helps you to roll it .

Guys dont buy it. It is emnensely loud. The neigbours are able to hear this bloody thing. I innacurately asumed that it would have an element of churn mechanical chilling centric silence instead i got a very loud horsepowered blending machine. The cooling element entails the operator freezing the content or freezing the cups before use. Ive packed this thing up and put it in my car ready to be dropped off at the local Salvos here in Melbourne Australia. A very frustating experience ive effing chucked $300+ at this thing only to recieve a screaming mechanical kid......and it screams for 4 minutes. Save ya money. Just get a godamn cheap blender. Stupid Thing is Overated. Im feeling pretty angry.
