Training and/or becoming a better "you" has to be a way of life....If you don't invest in yourself, nothing you ever do will be 100% because will have developed a habit of settling for less ...the safe way.....settling for just being good and not striving for greatness Make changes, not excuses
I appreciate your truth my guy I start Monday
Sliding scale is a no go
How's your LP going brother? hopefully good🎉
They are cheater ,,they steal the drivers ,,
You caught the fuel game slash work flow fast ... Im one of our western successful lp members gross 330k last year. Let them talk let them go if they cant make money at western theyll never make it no where western lp money is no joke. Salute ill run up on ya one day my brother & be safe .. proud subscriber!!
Keep up the positivity bro
The worst company that I met they thieves the driver ,,
I am curies when you picked out your truck at western express how many miles did it have when you signed up? they have a sliding scale for monthly cost based on miles, I am curies how much work break downs they are on some of the trucks with 300,000 to 349,999 miles vs lower mile trucks. type shape does new horizon allows to show up for lease, how often does your truck have issues mechanically?
do the trucks at western express come with built in gps or need to get like a semi truck Garmin? trucks usually always run 6.5 to 7.5 miles per gallon I thought?
so I was thinking of doing lease purchase western express, I have my own DOT due to owning a farm ran farm exempt and you need a DOT # for that I ended up getting MC just no vehicle right now or insurance so MC# is just hanging in pending till insurance is filled with a vehicle, I Decided to turn farm exempt to a full CDL A which I had now for 3 months or so due to that there are not a lot of carriers or lease company's offer anything for new drivers but it seems like from this video, I can do little flatbed work for western express as a lease to purchase program and after stash little cash away I can pull the truck under my own authority and just pay western express cost of lease on truck and I would just need find a broker that be willing to work with me.. ? I see that new horizon that they use for that program for owner operators has a load freight app program also, and my understanding they work with western express. the app called LP Pro Mobile? I am kind of curies how the pay works as a lease to own program? it says you only get surcharge if you are loaded but I thought they only paid loaded miles but maybe I am wrong? video on breck down of all aspects of pay going to lease to own driver that you get from western express would be really nice. for example, nowhere in the paperwork does it state what they pay to driver for surcharge for example so if you are doing lease to own it be good video they say that the average Gross RPM of $1.80 includes all Linehaul, Surcharge and accessorial pay (tarp, stop off, detention, etc but I know they do a sliding scale pay 0-200 is 2.00 mile 201-400 is 1.75 mile 400 over is 1.50 mile according to sheet I have in front of me. ? be nice thought see someone actually explain pay structure as a lease to purchase driver for the company? now western express recruitment claims that the average drive is 3000 miles week. so, video with a pay stub and expiation of breakdown of payment as a lease purchase be really good video.
Paid you for experience..+++++++++
Man you in for a life changing experience.
Be real idgaf if I make $1600 a week or $2000 a week , I’m here to enjoy and make money I feel the same as you fuck what they talking about 😆
Western express is the only company that doesn’t care what you do with the truck as long as you make the payment ‼️
U need to make more vids
Preach Big Black
You saying pure facts
Preach bro
I was at western 2 an half years 2 years as a lease driver I was doing North East Dry Van I was averaging $1,500-$2,500 a week solo take home but when I become a trainer I was doing $2,500-$4,500 take home
as a trainer those are easy numbers but solo, 1500 is believable
@@KvnAkns The North East Rate Was Top Pay At The Time Better Then Flatbed An OTR Van.
It was Like 10-25 cents higher than Both Of them Divisions back in 2019-2021.
Do you get the fuel surcharge
Was the lease with western a real walk away ?
Great video 👍 very positive. Good info.
Thanks for the info on leasing a truck God bless
Im here watchin this video again for motivation I think I’m gonna make that move to Western Xpress to use their lease as a step of stone to get what I want to. Thank you for the advice. God Bless you brother
Do Western Express lease purchase drivers get paid empty miles?
hell nawl
@@KvnAkns Yeah I know now. I’ve been driving for them for 3 months now.
@@leejr9999 I been there for a year as a trainer, i literally just quit like 4 days ago… I did lease and made great money here and there but at the same time they are inconsistent when it comes to loads and miles
Love this dudes positivity
I like this guy he is spitting facts
Bro how can I contact you
How much is the truck note on average.
Have much more can u make if youre also a trainer?
Show a paystub
This man is lying like a mf
I like your attitude and the way you think.
Ok I got a question 🙋 when u start lease purchase within western express do they give u free pay of truck and insurance for two weeks
4 weeks
It’s 2 weeks free I just got signed for LP
Who pays for maintenance if it breaks down . Since it is a lease.
U might as well go be at company driver at different at company if your record is clean. U will make same money as your settlement
Do they pay for dead head
Ive been solo at western now for 3 1/2 months. This june ima try to lease this truck im in now given it has close to 220k miles on it. That way my truck payment will be lower. And ive only had a def tank leak and one blown tractor tire. So ima try and do that to make more bank and save up more/quicker.
1 dollar a mile is a joke when I got into trucking back in 2oo8 I was told by veteran truckers you had to get 1 25 a mile to make any money that was 2008 wake up people
You can tell he doesn't know what he's talking about
You say you go out for 500 miles and come back 500 miles so only 1000 miles for the week?
Jus for that run BUT I get paid hourly
Is Solo or team is good for lease purchase with western?
Local means 14 hours a day
3 months? You will look back at this and realize 1600 on lease isn’t anything I started out lease over 3 years ago and my first check was 5600 once I became a trainer my average was 7800. my first 9 months I had made 147k not bragging or anything because I’m no longer lease with this economy. But with 3 months you don’t know the industry or how companies work yet but you will and you will look back a be like damn I was ignorant I know I still look back and say it. Keep trucking stay safe.
lol sounds like you bragging Thank you for contributing
Good look fam be safe out
Did you say load board?
U can get home if u and your Dispatcher have a understanding on how u like to run to be home on Saturday to do a 34 reset
Many Dispatchers I've learned are stuck on stupid
Dude wtf... Why are all you rookie drivers hopping into LP without knowing what the hell you're doing? You don't know the road. You don't know how to run your clock. You don't even understand basic bookkeeping and business management. You can't name one business where you would think its okay to start without paying your dues first. But somehow it makes sense to take a quarter million dollar piece of equipment with no money, no credit check, and no experience? I can only hope you weren't dumb enough to sign that LP agreement under your name and SSN...
You need to learn finances, put money away for your taxes at least 30% plus truck expenses, and after that is your income.
What truck you go with if you don’t mind me asking
