On this episode of "Nick can't put down Dark Souls 3", I beat the final boss in new game 7 (strongest version of boss), no shield, no armor, and no rings, all while playing one-handed.

This was the boss that took the most attempts. However, I was also pretty under-levelled for her as well. She is pretty simple but she can also one-shot me if I'm not careful.

If you play your cards right this could be the second boss you fight in the game. You can't skip SIf, but you could leave her for much later. Anyways, Quelaag gave me good luck since she didn't spew as much lava as she can.

First instance of a 2-on-one fight in the series. However, I got the Zweihander, an excellent choice of sword which allows for extreme damage at this point in the game.
