The Need for Community: Online Church vs In Person Community
This is heartbreaking. Allowing myself to just be queer, as I’ve always been, has been the biggest relief of my life. No more suppressing and running. Creation is good and the way I was created is good too.
I appreciate you taking the time to at least watch the video and consider the opinion of others
Great conversation. Is there a way that I can donate to your ministry?
youre so kind to ask! there are ways in the link on my instagram @bunonmyhead
Thank you!
Thank you!
Beyond timely for me 😕 Thank you 🙏🏼
Very sad for a professing Christian to say these things, but not one word about repentance. As a heterosexual male, I could easily persuade myself that God wants me to have multiple wives! Such a sinful proclivity is something to be repented of, not identified with. It's the very same thing with LGBTQ sins.
thanks for being willing to listen and learn!!
This was a very encouraging. Thank you Brenna . Continue to allow God to work in and through you.
Internalized homophobia is quite a drug.
Is it just me or is her outfit Winnie the Pooh with the bear buns and everything :0
Such an important message of trusting when we have questions ❤️
I watched your interview with Ruslan KD (Bless God Studios) . . . all 2 hours of it on a late Friday night . . . and . . . I was really affected by the message. I really relate to being in the midst of struggles . . . struggling with the same old weaknesses I can never get past. When you say God is right there in the midst with you in the struggles, I can relate, better now with the situation at hand. Thanks for the insight. Gives new meaning to 2Co 12:9-10 (LSB) . . . And He has said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness . . ."
Thank you, Chad!!!
She can handle dating him because hes not that masc..
Kinda like Jesus!
I’m not sure this topic actually hits the mark. Thank you for your podcast, you have a very interesting. Story. The problem with the Enneagram is where it came from. And the purpose. I pray that the Christian culture gets 100% away from all of us. My two cents.
Wow such a beautiful story. Thanks for sharing!
Amazing Exegesis!!
this by far is one of the greatest and kindest encouragements I could receive in teaching - thank you, friend!
Very needed video. Thank you.
❤ this is so good
This is such a God honoring testimony. It's beautiful and encouraging to see how God's love does not leave us in sin but brings us closer to him. The covering of his Son's righteousness. Amazing. May God preserve your union together.
I’m here cause I listened to the with the Perry’s podcast. Praise God for faithful Christian’s like you guys.
Me too.
God is soooo good.
Me too!
This is so good! Thank you for your obedience Brenna!❤
Loved it. Keep sharing your story...
Question... is there any functioning monogamous mixed orientation marriage with no religious beliefs?
Thanks for this! I am a woman with SSA in a marriage with the love of my life for the last 21 years. I wish I had never experienced sex prior to my husband but unfortunately I had already been with both men and women. My husband is now struggling to understand, as while I did tell him that I had been with women I failed to explain the significance of it or that I only struggled with lust for a woman, never a man.
"it's always easiest when you hear it from the stage" - that's been my struggle with my (former) church. leadership has never acknowledged that LGBTQ+ people exist, that God loves us, and that marriage is not the default. thanks for sharing your story!
the thing that struck me the most about this video is that y'all didn't touch.
Austin and I are in such an overwhelming phase of physical touch with our two young kids that one way we are loving each other well in this season is by giving each other space when we aren't with the boys...its also not a top love language for either of us, so we rather be genuine to who we are than appear how people might want or expect us to! Thankful we can show love to each other in different ways!
@@bunonmyhead thank you for the generous explanation!! 💜
Beautiful testimony of the truth & accountability & unity the church should display. I am glad you shared via this media for me to find.
@@bunonmyhead I'm the same way. Thanks for being so transparent. I just found you through the interview you had with the Perry's. Look forward to seeing more content from you.❤
