I don't get that shiver down my spine when I hear ghost stories because I don't believe in the supernatural.

Honestly, watch a few videos on making better thumbnails. Then you either go down the murder mystery route which does well, or I would recommended looking at a few videos by a channel called Qxir as your content looks similar. Other than that just refine the craft, editing and that kind of stuff.
