Developer replied yesterday another audit is scheduled tomorrow, 28 June 2024. Won’t say what the audit is for when I specifically asked which services is doing the audit, as local council confirms only Yarra Valley Water has signed off so far.

@@sighmon6213 we are lot #19. we've had our pre-approval expired a couple of times now and had to switch builders as well as we've been copping price protection with our previous builder.

Barcelona is the core range and Madison is the budget range but same floorplan. Differs in options available and material choices.

@@markdexterbusa No the color of the wood. It comes in two colors. Chestnut brown and grey wash. I was just wondering which one you had in the video because sometimes it's hard to tell what the color will look like in person. Thanks

That is weird if it opens up from the outside handle without putting the code, fingerprint or tag beforehand. I’ll be returning that set and have it replaced if it were happening to me.

Hi! We have moved and I’m not using it at the moment as our front door is not compatible with this. I have it in its box in the garage somewhere and I’ll have to find it to measure it. But you can head over to Bunnings as they have it on display. I’ll have a day off next week, i’ll get the measurements.

That’s unfortunate. On another note, I’ve been interested in the dual unlock feature with the Yale unity smart door locks. So you’ll have a smart door lock on the main door and the security door and when you unlock the security door it unlocks the main door at the same time so saves you time and effort. It’s a bit pricey but a good feature to have.

I haven’t searched if you can use different tags and if you can purchase additional tags.

That’s very unfortunate. I encountered no problems using this pair. I sprained my left ankle once wearing a nike zoom basketball shoes. You can never really tell.
