Is there a specific reason why you aren't sharing the cards? It isn't a copyright issue because they would be for non-commercial reasons - the same as if you shared them with a friend. My group and I would find them extremely useful at our table? Thanks for sharing, unfortunate that others can't benefit from your hard work.

I don't think the starter set rules are the full rules. You need to read the core rulebook for that.

Thank you so much for sharing your advices and experience. Could I put a question? How do you manage difficulty of encounters? Because most of them are designed for a party. And in general, how do you manage difficulty? In the Strider Mode book doesn't write anything about this. Best!

I think of goblins as fey creatures that reside in another world, a strange world, that are able to travel into the mundane world via hidden portals to steal treasure, cause mayhem, and take hostages. My impression of goblins may not match the lore of Middle Earth goblins.

Im slowly gearing up to run my own campaign and have added the recent 2e releases to my (large) pile of TOR books which I've been gathering since 1e. I'd love to see more in-depth analysis of the 2e system and its supplements. Any chance you'd consider doing a series on this?

Hello, thanks for the video, I tried to start the adventure with my familly but I got stuck when preparing everithing because there was no page on the rule / preparation on what weapons they did start with and one of the first action as a gm told me that they could use a bow... The fate of erebor section of the map doesn't fit because of the size variant but you can still use it as you can see where it would match up.

But i don't understand. In the PDF it never explains how many points i put into Str, Dex, and so on, and it never even explains what each one DOES. If Dex increases my AC, where does it explain this at? Also, i didn't see any location explaining how many points/where to put my skill points, based on culture or race. I am so confused!

I use the Motif Story Engine, with a little bit of help of the Strider mode tables to guide what happens in my game. Like you I have to read up on setting material in advance, perhaps make a few tables for factions, NPCs, events etc. so that I don't know exactly how things will happen.

Wouldn't you consider getting some tripod for a fixed top-down view from the camera? Motion sickness hits hard with you holding it, presumably, in hand and constantly swinging around the place.

Currently playing in that area, very fascinating. We have Saruman as patron of the fellowship. We are playing as if during that period (TOR 2e standard setting) Saruman is still a neutral force, somewhat keeping balance between Rohan and the Dunlendings.
