“Exploring Arles in the Footsteps of Van Gogh” II.
Continuing from the previous video, we continue to explore the paintings that Van Gogh painted during his temporary stay in Arles, exploring the paths he may have taken and attempting to decipher the thoughts and ideas in his mind.
In this Vlog that records while wandering, we found three oil paintings he created: "Spectators in the Arena at Arles", "The Yellow House", and "The Old Mill".
Although these places have long lost their original appearance with the passage of time and personnel disputes, when we stopped here, those walls, stone steps, and streets still vaguely tell people something.
Just like Van Gogh once wrote:
"Nothing is immortal, including art itself. The only immortal thing is the understanding of people and the world conveyed by art."
