I’m sorry. I don’t know exactly what you’re referring to by “insta airs”. I’m familiar with anti airs but Omni man doesn’t have a good anti air game. Better off up blocking. If this isn’t what you’re referring to leave a time stamp and I’ll try my best to help out! Also I’m down to run some sets for sure! 🤛🏽🔥

Thank you 😎 Basically you have to be at like jump distance when you press back,fwd 4. Works with crouching and crouch blocking opponents!👌
