Take notice of the rocks at that cove, it’s very clear to notice that it’s sharp.When there is waves in that area it can get very dangerous, you might get tossed around and end up on the rocks or get sucked out by the water currents , if anything go and ask the lifeguards, hope they are in the area. If not, just stay away and keep observing, it’s best when there is no wave activity, I’ve seen way too many people get caught in this situation. The best advice is go Where There Is A LIFEGUARD.
