Please don't trust Sunrun, here is my experience. They installed a defective roof on my house. I spent two years trying to get them to repair it. They forced me under duress of an open water leak during heavy rains to find my own contractor, because Sunrun claimed they couldn't locate their original contractor who did the work. They also claimed they couldn't find anybody to repair my roof. Can you believe it? So I was forced to use my own contractor and forced to sign a document that Sunrun isn't responsible. Of course the damage to my roof when Sunrun installed it was so extensive that new leaks kept appearing and much of the damage was hard to figure out since the repair people weren't who installed it. So when further repairs were needed Sunrun claimed they weren't responsible and refused to repair the roof any further. Furthermore their last email was unfriendly and seemed hostile, and they made false claims regarding the matter, I believe so they could save the email later as false evidence if they got sued. One false claim they made was that there were no active leaks in the roof, so "therefore they aren't responsible". There are at least two active leaks I'm aware of. The workers who installed the roof didn't speak any English. I couldn't talk to them. I feel pretty sure they were undocumented workers. Are there any Americans who don't speak English? I think that answers the question. One thing to be aware of. Everybody at Sunrun was nice and polite and tried to sound accommodating. But when it came down to responsibility for paying for the roof repair, I felt that they had ulterior motives and their conversations were ultimately strange and not quite right. I felt any friendliness in the end was pretending. Here's what should have happened: I report to Sunrun that their roof is leaking and they simply take care of the entire matter without bothering me and simply arrange a schedule when I can be home to allow the workers in. Instead I have a roof that had been damaged for two years that now needs over $7000 in repairs. No matter how you slice it, Sunrun bent over backwards to not help me, and then they treated me as if I was some rogue criminal off the streets. The last correspondence they sent to me was condescending and accusing. But the reality is they installed a damaged roof and it’s still damaged and they won’t fix it. As if I’m a bad person. That’s how they treated me when it came down to the responsibility of paying. I was completely shocked and horrified. I truly thought they were a legitimate company in the beginning, but now I feel They are extremely risky and can’t be trusted if anything goes wrong. I’m certain they will offer a lot of heartfelt platitudes for a while until the money part enters the picture, and then you’ll know who your friends aren’t!

@seanm729 0 seconds ago I like this fellow. He seems like such a nice guy. But if you do go to work for a company, you should consider if you want to work for a company that's ethical. What if the company is nefarious and your boss , who doesn't even have to face the people, makes you do rotten things and trick people. You are stuck at you job, then you have to do bad and deceitful things, because you are ordered to, and it's to "keep" your job. Sunrun installed a defective roof on my house with untrained, undocumented workers and they won't honor the 25 year warranty after only two years. One contractor quote me nearly $23,000 to repair the roof, but that didn't include water damage in the walls. One customer representative was nice, but eventually she sent me an email with several lies, that were excuses why Sunrun won't repair my house. I called her up and I think she was ashamed, but she indicated that she was trapped at her job and her bosses made her do it. On the one hand I felt sorry that she had to compromise her morals and values to not get fired. On the other hand, she aided and abetted Sunrun and sent me false correspondence as false evidence to enter a court proceeding, so Sunrun could try to evade paying for the damage to my house. What I learned is Sunrun is all about the money. The flowery ads with nice music that they put our are just clever ads, designed by a studio to appeal to peoples emotions and get them to spend money, nothing more. There are so many other companies out there that are better than Sunrun. Why take a risk?!

Here's my strategy with my credit score: I don't care. 1. Spend less than I earn 2. Save the difference, so that... 3. I always pay every bill - including my entire credit card balance - each month I never look at, or even care about my credit score. Every so often I get bombarded by one of my banks to see my credit score and when I look it's at or very near the top of the scale.

Well I'm glad you're so satisfied. I allowed them to install a system on my home in Dec and it was finally turned on in May. The installation went well everyone did a fine job. I did receive the tesla battery back up and a whole new electrical panel all free. The June PG&E bill was like $150.00 credit so yahoo I won. However the July PG&E bill was $484.00 and the Sun Run bill was $177.00. So the total bill were $661.00. So I can't say solar has added to my situation. PG&E must have done some serous price raising. So people... it's dishonest somehow. Once again we are at big companies mercy. :(

Thank you for your videos... BTC price has been volatile lately, but I believe it's crucial to focus on educating newcomers on strategies beyond simply holding through market dips. One advantage of this space is the ability to buy during dips and actively trade, generating profits while awaiting inevitable price increases. Many people lack a deep understanding of how this market operates. Charts cannot predict asset movements with certainty; prices fluctuate up and down. Despite this volatility, the market remains profitable.... I have managed to grow a nest egg of around 100k to a decent 432k in the space of a few months... I'm especially grateful to Donna Mikalonis, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape.

For the Newbie if you are actually trading in the crypto space and you don't have a sound mentor. Then you are certainly going to get liquidated in 90% of your trades. Yeah that's sad truth. I remember when i just got into crypto back in 2019 but later in 2020 i ended up selling it because i have lost alot trading all by myself without a guide. Got back into crypto early in 2024 with $20k and I'm up with $232k in a short period of time ......

the american industrie pretty much decided to change the white paper for btc in nashville 🤣 with people wanting to lock up btc in a goverment vault and to start mixing btc in to the trading war the states have with china and the rest of the world while they want to create black btc in a world where green certificatin on crypto and btc and co2 taxes is on the way insane strategy in 2024, i would not invest in that. but it make the future look bright to the ones the countrys that are over 90%green in 2024 40% green energy and a plan to go all in on oil gas and coal, will make it hard to sell both btc and other products to the rest of the world we are not investing in all this around the world, to export our polution to china or the states i cant wait for the option for green btc and crypto to come the next years who would not pay more for a green btc, its worth it

SunRun a company one should run away from. Extra un-needed costs. I bought the house three years ago, and was told by the SunRun rep who came out and looked at the house that I had to replace the roof because it was probably the same tar paper from when it was built in the 70s. After they did it, a neighbor told me that it had been replaced a few months before I bought the house. I was told I had to move the A/C condenser to the other side of the house, for Code issues (too close to the fuse box) and because I would be getting three batteries, since I told the sales rep my sister is on a ventilator and I need to ensure that I have backup that would last 48hrs so I could arrange for her to get to a hospital if the power was out for more than 24 hrs. First power outage we had the battery (only one not the three they charged for) lasted less than four hours. I ended up having to hand bag her (Hand held ventilation bag) for almost six hours over night until the Sun came out in the AM and her machine came back on. The caring folks at SunRun who told me I would not need the gas backup power once I had the Solar in place could not have been more rude when I complained. I told the Coordinator that I have Rescue dogs, they had history of abuse so wanted at least 48 hrs advanced notice when work would occur so I could board them. Nope showed up at 7AM started pounding on the roof without any notice. Frightened dogs and poop all over as well as regression. The paperwork for the work and the load through another bad provider (Goodleap) was thick enough to choke a horse, when I wanted to read through it the Notary they sent kept saying, "SunRun is careful to make sure you get what you agreed to." Never got the copies that I was promised, and when I questioned SunRun over not getting three batteries, and why the Electric Company drains the battery to less than 50% each night they said, Oh we have you agreeing to that on a recorded call. I've got a fairly good memory, and with the issues I have with my sister, I would not have agreed to it.
