The air compressors used on these locos are also used on anhydrous ammonia barges to pump off vapor pressure and return it to the tank as cold liquid. 🤪👍

EMD is a locomotive built by the electro motive division EMD for short.

How special is it?
@eTrain Nah, just a train BNSF stole from UP. It's the only empty coal that regularly takes the Front Range. (Not counting the Lyons, Rawhide, or Moba coal trains) I always like catching it, cause I do really enjoy coal trains. They're always so fun to catch, especially on the FRS!
