My ancestors are Hakka, but I know nothing about it. At least I have the adaptability when not only travelling but also settling down in different countries. (Seriously, no one in my family wants to transfer Hakka cultural knowledge to me)

Some parts of your video are not very accurate description of the Hakka. A lot of Hakka people are christians.The word Hakka was officially used by the Ching empire to identify and register migrants from the Central plain to the south especially coastal parts of the south for fear of rebellion forces brought back from overseas! because of family registration the term Hakka was used.

Hey, I lived in the Seattle area for a few years in the north end near Edmonds. I miss it very much. I never was able to find any Hakka restaurants there but had to go up to Vancouver to get my fix. Hope you're staying safe and not inhaling too much smoke these days!
