This tour wasn't called the Trilogy Tour, it's the 99 Revoultions tour. They did the same with the 21st Century tour & American Idiot. They always play the song that the tour is named after. Also, would you rather hear 10 of the new songs, or 4 new & 6 old ones? GD knows their fans & what they like.

Five per show is quite a lot, if you think about it (actually it's way more usually, maybe about 7 to 10... depends). Still, it's their show. They're gonna do it the best they can... ;)
