July 17, 2023 - Recorded part of the plane ride from Manila to Naga via Cebu Pacific. It was a 55 minute ride from NAIA, Terminal 4 to Pili, Camarines Sur. It was a cloudy morning thus the aerial view was limited to clouds and foggy city and farmland.

We stayed a night in OKADA, Manila before flying back to the US. We also celebrated Shaina’s birthday at the hotel with some family and friends. The hotel is beautiful and spacious with so much to do and plenty of restaurants (and casino) to spend time and for leisure.

People with difficulty pinching unsung tip-to-tip and tripod pinch highly benefit from orthotics. Thumb spica splint is mainly used for this purpose in order to place thumb into opposition to facilitate these pinch patterns. Here is my own version of thumb spica out of scrap thermoplastic at my clinic. Hope this helps.

-Pound white rice -mixed veggies -quarter pound shrimp -lots of garlic to your liking -teaspoon of salt, ground pepper -3 large eggs -2 tbsp vegetable oil 1. Heat oil on the griddle 2. Brown garlic then set aside 3. Cook shrimp, sprinkle a pinch of salt and ground pepper 4. Mix white rice with veggies and garlic 5. Mix in shrimp 6. Add the eggs 7. Sprinkle salt to taste. 8. Enjoy

Yes. We just added 6” PVC pipes to the original drainage and drains on the pavement.
Mabuti pa ang Camarines Norte , Camarines Sur , Albay , at Sorsogon mayroon ng SM pero dito sa Catanduanes wala pa.

Hello, kabayan. I'm planning on building one. Is the base for the hoop necessary? Can't you just mount it on the paved concrete itself? Mabuhay ka.
Yes, the rods can be built on the pavement. If you build the pavement before putting the rods you’ll need to drill it. I suggest to get the backboard ahead of construction and read specific instruction on how deep the rods should go down on the ground. It may save you time. Hope this helps. Regards kabayan.
