I actually quit my toxic addictions on last new moon pisces in march , since then never triggered me again . I drank alcohol for over 18 years . I was drinking on the weekends but drinking size of ocean of alcohol all weekend to be more confident and be able to listen peoples bullshit . Now i can do that when i am sober . It was hard .

I know what you mean by feeling relief when you realize it wasn't something wrong with you but it's like actually a real thing.
