How do I reset my keyless entry on a 2008 Mitsubishi outlander XLS I disconnected the battery and it works but then it stops working why
We're sorry to hear about the trouble you're facing with your keyless entry. Unfortunately, the 2008 Mitsubishi Outlander XLS doesn't have an onboard programming procedure for the keyless remote. To address this issue properly, we recommend contacting us at Lawrence Mitsubishi at 785-856-8700. We have the special equipment required to program the keyless remote correctly.
My fast key entry does not work I tried and reset it by taking the battery off it works but then it stops working

there is only 1 button on my mirror (just purchased a 2022 outlander. researched and it looks like I'd have to order a $30 app to perform this function. I've got a 2012 Jeep that has a built-in garage remote, what's the deal?
The vehicle is set up for My Q Connect with the Mitsubishi app. Yes, there is a 30$ subscription fee. There is no program feature in the vehicle itself.

Salve. In origine la mia asx aveva un volante senza comandi. Sostituito uguale al tuo ma volevo sapere se si può attivare il Cruise control.
Surprised more cars do not have the auto hold feature.I have it on my Tonale and it is a super spec to have.

I bought a 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander 3.0 MIVEC and the cruise control will NOT turn off. It's always on. I can go 35 MPH, take foot off accelerator and it will stay at 35 until I brake. The buttons on the steering wheel are worthless. So, I don't know what to do other than put car in Neutral as I approach stop light let's say and it brakes smoothly. I leave it in drive and the car brakes as if the Cruise control is on. Because it is...can't turn it off.
Is the cruise control light always on in the dash? What you are describing should not be possible because: 1. Cruise control should be off when the car is turned on, the car should not turn the cruise control on by itself when started 2. The car should be equipped with a brake pedal switch that cuts out the cruise control when braking 3. The car is possibly equipped with a brake over ride system that will disengage the throttle when the brakes are depressed after the accelerator was depressed.
@@welfarewagonrepairs Thank you for your comment but, I don't know how else to describe it. It's on. Going down the road, I can take my foot off accelerator and it stays at that speed. If I brake to slow down...it will stay at whatever mph as I start to apply gas again. I will say this though- the guy I bought it from was a liar and a rip off. Car cost me 4K last year. Still runs very good except the Cruise Control situation.
@@javiertorres-bb8lf when you put the car in neutral do the rpm’s go to idle or do they stay high? Also do you have any dashboard lights on? Maybe a check engine light?
@@welfarewagonrepairs When I put it in Neutral, the RPMs do go down a bit. To about idle- 900rpm. My dashboard is weird. It's mostly digital and I don't see anything onscreen that even resembles anything concerning a cruise control icon or similar. It's very strange bro. I'm used to it but, I'm sure I am burning more gas than I should plus the extra strain on the brakes when I apply them and they have to fight the CC for a second.
@@javiertorres-bb8lf it’s not cruise control it’s more likely that the sensor in the gas pedal maybe bad and telling the car to accelerate. Very very strange issue to have without the check engine light being on

If you click the auto hold is there a need to transfer the gear to neutral or just remain in drive gear?
Just remain in Drive, when you hit the accelerator pedal auto hold is released ( ALFA Tonale)

I've done this, but the back windshield part still isn't working. I'm guessing it's broken.
Electronics parking brake can be automatic every time you set your gear lever to P and off when set to D. Just pull and hold the switch minimum of 4 seconds then there you go.
