Soundcraft Ui24R Master EQ and Feedback Suppression
This video shows how to use the Master EQ section of the Ui24R to notch out hiss and other noise, and also use the feedback suppression functions. How was the preamp of this mixer...like equal to xr18 or better than it
I've never used the xr18 so don't know. But the preamps on this mixer are very clean.
How can the meters, gain and channel mix can be shown on one screen? thanks

Thank so much for this video… Could you please make a video on Master EQ settings please. We are using this in church but getting hissing noise while using mics.

Can i set up with 2 monitors or more
I'm thinking how that would work, and I don't know that the Ui24R has the native ability to support multiple monitors. It does, however, have the ability to support multiple interfaces, such as a direct-connect touchscreen to the HDMI and USB connections on the Ui24R (although the drivers have to be compatible with the Ui24R firmware, and that may be challenging) and a tablet/phone (or multiple tablets/phones), and all those can be running at the same time as the Big D and show their own customizable screens. But those other interface options don't show the same comprehensive layout as the Big D. I personally find that the Ui24R's ability to set up multiple views with varying channel combinations (that can include selectable sends, VCA's, etc.) is enough to keep from having to do much if any scrolling. I just switch to the view that shows the channels I want to control at a given time. Let me know if you find anything different.
@stankartchner thx for the feed backs. That's how we thought on how we're gonna to set it up. 3 monitors and have them set up in different display. I guess it should us from changing the screens back and forth or scrolling it left to right. We are still new to this. We just bought the ui a few months ago and still learning. Thx you
