In this video she talks about Sushi,and I think that Sushi in itself is way overpriced, it's rolled short grain flavored rice,in NORI,which is dried seaweed sheets,black or green ,with many different items,and usually they will spread a small layer of WASABI,rolled up, and cut into 8 pieces,and I have seen it sell for 6.50,excluding tax,to me it's not really worth it, as I have taught people how to make it at a fraction of the retail price, and I can also teach you how to make assorted SASHIMI,with pickled Ginger Wasabi and the Soy sauce and these Japanese restaurants will charge you 30 and up,as the combination is only meant as a cold appetizer with the Miso Soup,which is nothing, that's why I avoid place's like this and the same thing applies to French restaurants, same thing and I have seen where a French restaurant will charge you 12 bucks for a FRENCH ONION SOUP,and I know how to make it at a fraction of the cost, because people are either stupid or lazy or both, don't know don't care, its there money not mine but I don't care because my ma taught me how to cook different things not just American foods, but Hawaiian food to, and no one knows how to make authentic Hawaiian food, very rare, doesn't happen in the Apple, or NYC and also in this video sure they have a wide assortment of Sushi, but what else and he paid over 15 bucks for that drink, I won't
