I lived in Artesia for 5 years and only good thing was the affordable big home that Highland Homes built for us other than that I did not like anything about Prosper especially the non diverse public school system and UIL non profit racist organization for sports and music. Too overly conservative and up tight and mostly white about 95% but if you're white and don't mind living in this type of place maybe it's for you!

I’ve had to visit Fort Worth and lake worth dozens of times and almost every single time I visit, something horrible happens. Gas stations stealing my cc info and committing cc fraud, aggressive pick up trucks that road rage, and crooked cops. It’ll all horrible. This is where dreams go to die.

It's expensive to live here because of all the drifters moving here. I meet so many people who don't have family moving here and then move back because its too expensive to live here. You can't get an apartment unless you make 3x the rent, property taxes are 11k. Mortgage rate is like 4k a month. If you listen to this person and you don't make enough, you will lose thousands of dollars quickly. The jobs out here don't pay enough to make a living. So be smart and don't move to Texas. 10 years ago it was fine to move here, now its to late. I am trying to help people from making a big financial mistake. 💯

Fort Worth is better. Dallas just had a brand name. But Fort Worth is so much better
