Was at the game, can’t believe it was 12 years ago. The atmosphere was electric, and whilst we have a far better home stadium now, I don’t think I’ll ever experience a game of that emotion again. Still remember taking one last look at the big Red V when walking from the ground with my 6 year old grandson from Dunriding Lane, thinking “thanks for all those brilliant memories” RIP Knowsley Road.
How lucky are we to have had Cunningham followed by Roby. I rememeber every moment of that game. I think everyone wanted KC to get that try. Stevo called it early. One of the greatest saints moments.. And we have been given some gems. Not least last year 👌
twice that dirty twat wellens uses his hands to strike a cas player in the head, AFTER he went over the top with the elbow just missing, Saints always get the calls.
@nickcat0 Ill give you that m8 , you lads need something to think about since you won nowt last season :) by the way well done saints for building a rl ground with standing as well ! all seaters are not a patch on the old type of grounds with standing and as we are a family game its still safe , well done saint hellens and looking forward to standing on your ground watching us beat you lot again lol :)
@HoofeHearted0 Ill be honest with you m8 ill miss old knowsley road like i miss central park but times change and we are back on top of the super league :) good luck with the rest of the season lads

As a hull Fc fan, I must say that when I visited Knowsley road there was an aura to that place. A real fortress. Some team are st Helen’s
Fucked it by not having a standing pop side at the new ground.
Eddie and Stevo should never of retired. The best commentators ever. Oh apart from Ray French. Love ya Ray
