Time to leave Aus and head for the Northern exposure, departing Brisbane Feb 2024

Got a passport finally and heading for the Northern Lights- Norway-Finland- Lapland

All things horse and horseman/woman. The festival is held in Cooryong on the Upper Murray to celebrate the famous horse ride based on Banjo Patterson's endearing poem. Grand Parades- Horse Challenges- story-telling - rodeos - concerts and the greatest array of country gear- boots and all.

We travel from Tumut to Corryong on the Upper Murray River. Day trips in the river valleys, explore Murray 2 Power Station, take an Angel Care flight over the Alps and discover history in Corryong's Historic village.

Based in Tumut, view the glacial dams, small highland towns and the panoramas in the Tumut Valley.

In part 2 of our Canberra visit, we visit the Mint, Australian War Memorial and the AIS sports Centre. We also have amazing views over the Canberra area from Mt Ainslee and Black Mountain's Telstra Tower. And of course Canberra's famous Farmer's Markets

We spend 9 days in Australia's Capital. In this episode, we visit Parliament House, Busway Markets and Glassworks and enjoy the sights and sounds of Canberra's Enlighten Festival. We also trip out of Canberra to the new Arboretum, Mt Stromlo and the Deep Space Communication Centre

Visit the Central Coast NSW- Eurobadalla Region

South Coast NSW Ulladulla region land of 100 plus beaches

Journey through the central coast regions of the Illawarra district, drive the Grand Pacific Drive, stroll through coastal towns, hike the National Parks and see spectacular waterfalls.

Follow our adventures into the Central Highlands of NSW visiting Scenic World- Katoomba, Jenolan Caves - Blue Mountains and Oberon.

In episode 7, we travel to the Hawkesbury Region and camp at Percy's Place- a small cattle paddock transformed into a caravan park/ campground. In day trips we explore the district- old Windsor town, the historic Ebenezer church, Great Northern convict road, Wiseman's Ferry and St Albuns.

In episode 6, we travel the Central Coast of NSW, see the great beaches and lakes and learn a little of the history of the region.

Based at Belmont, travel to discover the Newcastle to Catherine Hill region.
