Whoever designed the map in this game must have been drinking. You take an elevator that travels up in a tower to a lava level. Makes perfect sense.

Dark Souls 2 is trash. It's so awful it should be a free mobile game.

If you look at it as a Slav jank-like, it’s a perfectly fine game, but as a Souls game, it’s alright. Not great, but nowhere near the best. After all, being the “worst” Souls game is still a massive achievement over other titles.

Mhgu MFing Zinogre, charges constantly and when charged attacks relentlessly only stopping to waltz but sense he can attack at random during thy waltz you'll most likely are gonna hit mid animation of an attack and being a thunder monster you'll most likely be stunned after thy attack and end up carting in the end. So the entirety of the fight is finding slight openings and running in and out the whole fight So its not fun fight at all. Worst of all the MF won favorite monster.

7:51 If I'm being honest, I don't blame you at all. I've been hunting high rank investigation Kirins with at least 1 silver box and 1 gold box (6% chance for mini, 3% for giant) and after over 100 attempts, I still only have its giant crown.

All enemies can be agro very easy with the 2,000 arrows you carry . Enemy placement is fine. 😂 why do people think they should be able to run past everything without consequences? Absolutely stupid

"Scholar teaches people to run past enemies rather than fight them one by one". Does the increased (mostly) number of enemies encourages people to run past everything? I always thought of it as a warning not to rush and to explore and fight your way through the area slowly and steadily

It's my fav dark souls of the 3 and elden ring is my fav souls game .tho I love them all and I've played fromsoft games since armored core masters of the arena.and I gotta say I praise this video for being fair nice critique my dude.also the only problem I had with ds2 is the estus heal sucks so I just spam lg,s.and the hotbox,s are kinda crap but they were crap in 1 as well.lol and I don't like that scholar put statues in tutorial .like wtf

Every game comes with pros and cons (not ubi/beth games with only cons). What struck me more than anything, was how after repeated farming, the enemies stop spawning. For your predator, who was killing you countlessly an hour back, has ceased to exist in the wake of your power, you become Death. No amount of power creep in any game could award me the same feeling.

The Jet Black Dragon Valstrax is my fave something about its music fight and sheer amazing looks gets me.

For me it’s Gammoth and elder frost Gammoth! I love the titanic size of the monster and its armor sets and weapons are really cool and I just love it overall!

Also someone that started into the series with World, and I have to say that my favourite monster(s) are Odogaron, because big puppy and legiana, because the design is just gorgeous. I know technically not ok because two monsters, but I can't decide between them. Neither of them are my favourite hunt though, because I used to use longsword and am maining switch axe now, so both be kinda annoying.
