It's important to worm your sheep and you need a proper place to do that, so we built a sheep handling area. It makes it easy on the sheep and on me. We show how to check your sheep for worms. BLOOPERS AT END

How many tonnes can it hold?
@@RustyShakleford1 around 1800 pounds Iam guessing, I’ve never filled it all the way up.
They eat so politely...so sweet
I did.😅😅😅😅
Awesome pigs! What kind?

Well you see the hay is all interw- nvm
Thought this would be about tree felling but it was about cow ponds. More seriously: don't take advice on dangerous jobs from random people on TH-cam. Hanging trees are blunt force death waiting to happen.
Spiraled it out. 😊
Useful video. Thanks
@@mikejohnson4617 Thanks for watching and commenting I appreciate it.
I want a farm too
❤
Why not just pull the bottom with the come a long instead of sawing in a dangerous position? Duh!
Been pulling them down like that for years the only time it won't work is if the root ball is still attached
Not sure how this would work if the base of the tree is still intact, which is the case in this video. Pulling on the bottom only works if the tree is already cut and falls onto another tree. In that case, use the method I describe in another comment. No need to pull on anything, just need your chainsaw.
Double wrap the chain. No need to cut on a rotten fallen over tree. Be safe
Put a blanket on chain ,if chain breaks it doesn't come back and kill you
@@cobywalbrgclub that’s a good tip, thanks for watching I appreciate it.
I would expect the cable on the cone-along would break first, but regardless, it's a good idea to do this.
That's an ash tree - not a poplar. Interesting way to deal with widow makers. If the tree falls against another tree and becomes a leaner, there's another technique that doesn't require a come-along. Make a V-notch on the top side of the leaner around chest high. Then make a back cut straight into the leaner on the opposite side of the notch. That section of the leaner will fall safely to the ground. Repeat as necessary until the entire leaner is on the ground. This method was taught during a class I took a few years ago to become chainsaw certified by the U.S. Forest Service.
@@vista703gear5 thanks for watching and commenting I appreciate it.
That would be an excellent video to post. It would probably save some inexperienced people from getting killed or seriously injured. They are called widow makers for a reason.
not a bad idea, i'll keep that in mind! one thing i have been doing lately that's been saving me a lot of grief, using the long wood sawzall blades to cut branches, small stumps buried in the dirt, and anything else i don't want to get the tip of my chainsaw near.
@@localeightironworker that’s a good idea. Thanks for watching and commenting I appreciate it.
Good video. been cutting trees for a long time and you taught me something new! Thanks again great video.
I am glad you enjoyed the video , thanks for watching and commenting I appreciate it.
I never seen anything like that....but it makes sense and I whole heartedly agree👍
@@amandaandchuck110100 Thanks !! It works just as good as a $400 drag harrow from TSC .
Good job on the chute! What’s the plan with the sheep?
@@oxford821 Right now just breed them and see how that goes , might get more if all that goes good. Thanks for watching and commenting I appreciate it.
U done a fine job
I've wondered how is that possibile that a bale wrap around by a string with no knot isn't tearing apart by itself. Is it only friction that holds the string in place?
@@maciejnajlepszy I wondered how that worked too when I first got the baler, but the hay is pack tight and there is a lot of tension on the string as the bale wraps itself ,Then when it’s done wrapping, I moved the arm in and the string is cut, and the end just gets stuck in the hay, sometimes the end will hang loose, but it doesn’t really mess anything up. Does this answers your question? Thanks for watching.
@essickfarms7585 Probably yes, thanks for replying. The next year would be the first time to use the baler, previously I've done only small sqares with knots, so that's the reason of my question.
@@essickfarms7585 Im in the same boat as MAC, been running small squares, lookn to make the move these smaller rounds, The manual tie No knotters Just a blade Its all new to me Thanks for taking your time to show others about these balers
@@TheRealDuBTeK I like round baling, you just have more to pay attention to vs a square baler where you just ride around till you get done or something breaks lol . Thanks for your comment.
Better than nothing
I had one down like that. Had to'rinse and repeat' several times because didn't have access to tractor.
I posted a video yesterday about how to take down a widow maker without a tractor. Thanks for watching
Good looking cows my dude.
What y’all want😂😂😂
Awesome
Picked corn by hand for a while not bad at all
@@Basford123 We picked 3 rows at a time if I ever get more than an acre of corn I’ll look into getting a corn picker.
How many cows are you feeding? Great video keep them coming!!
We have 8 cows right now. They typically eat a round bale every 2 days .thanks for watching.
Where you at in Merica?
I got a do the same damn thing on two trees three to four times bigger than that . That's a little tree but yeah that's about the only way to do it unless you have a bull dozer and a big chain and just hook it on and pull out the whole stump with it .
@@briankudalis9572 Big trees are no fun sometimes you have to cut them 2or 3 time just to get them down. Thanks for watching.

I bought a used Hesston round baler model 5500 it makes a 5 by 5 bale can l make a smaller bale with it and will that work ok

so nice to see them in some natural terrain instead of just a blank open empty field devoid of shade or interest.

aint never seen someone call cows the way you call pigs, that's cute!
