@@user-td3sl7wj9v commenting after taking pain for 2 weeks and trying to do sitz baths with warm water. I had it near my labia. Anything below 4 cm can be treated by tablets you don't have to go for surgery but if the swelling is huge there is high risk of it damaging other areas as blood clot blocks oxygen to other areas. Yes the drainage is a simple procedure but the post care is alot. The tablets post surgery will be too strong and you'll be sleeping most time. It would bleed for the next 2 weeks so be prepared for that after surgery. First try antibiotics and warm water application for it to burst on own inside
