Thank you so much for sharing this I have a very small space I mean like small under 800sqft and it took me a year to get use to it and like it and a year for me to get bookings everyone kept saying it's small and I was so discourage but I did a few adjustments to it got the right decor person to mock up the place and now I'm in love with my small Intimate space thanks for this video

Your video was so much help. When I did my online Name Registration the form gave an option to do the Certificate of Formation online as well. For some reason you can only get to the online Cert of Formation after completing the Name Registration. Without your video I would have been so confused.

If they can’t afford it, there’s no need for them to plan an event. I think if you allow them to pay afterwards it will be a huge problem.

I heard that and I have been apprehensive bc I don’t want any issues - I have found a space but need the funding and am talking to the landlord. I heard a few people say to this but I am not sure how long it takes to inspect, etc. I just really don’t want to lose this space but that seems risky to me. I always suggest the client create a contact with vendors, not the venue. There is a lot of risk involved if you develop a contract on the behalf of your client. There’re are many “what if situations “ such as if the vendor doesn’t deliver or delivers late, double books, payment issues. Don’t make it your problem.
