@@FarplaneAI Oh that sounds like a good combination! Cybernetic Biosphere is one of my favorite tracks from my "first album" (udio playlist at this point), maybe my fav. Did you figure out which scales we (me and Udio) used there? Starts Phrygian right? But in the more jazzy part I have no terminology for what´s going on, except that its jazz modulations.

@@FarplaneAI I just had an idea about a possible format: how about a video with these instrumental mashups as main topic? Because I think this is the most unique feature about Udio in general: when it is glitching in these creative ways and morphs voice into sax into guitar etc. If you find this approach interesting, I could give you all songs of mine where this happens in interesting ways. "Hyperschnulz" for example. Or "Orgasmatrix". The latter I recommend for reaction too, as the guitar is doing some surprising stuff which is arguably funny. This one you could also cut, because the song has no complex song structure. More about the guitar sounding like certain human activities ;)

@@FarplaneAI Just went through my stuff, and regarding to interesting "impossible" timbres, "Melancholia Deluxe" turned out pretty awesome as well. "Dancing with the Desert Demon" is a banger as well

@@FarplaneAI And a little tip: If you wanna force it into merging instruments, use the remix-function. If you have generated some gregorian chants for example, then remix it but don´t mention anything choir related, but say "brass band" or "guitar virtuoso" and then remix it only very slightly, but iteratively again and again. Then it will move away from the initial instrument or timbre, without fully switching into the new one. Then it is kind of "forced" to merge, even though it´s unlikely (from perspective of the training data)

@@GS195 check out the album, tons of tempo and key change although it’s progressive metal so some parts are more post-tonal and not exactly “in a key.” But I imagine you could run into this problem with other more pop styles. What kind of music are you making?

That's awesome that you're doing the same thing! You can see at the end of the video it ends up taking 30 gens to get something I like. What I didn't talk about was how much more involved the following songs became, with much more inpainting and creative cropping/extending. The next video gets more into it! @@EinMann123 I mentioned it at the beginning and you can also see it as I’m hovering over the clips. I mentioned that the prompt had very little to do with my process because it was so stupid simple. It was “metal fusion song with shredding guitars and complex rhythms.” I kept it simple on purpose to see what was possible putting work into how I selected extensions and why I chose what I did at what part of the song.

@@chillwalker 1. I don’t earn money like you say, look at my sub count 2. I demonstrated multiple platforms in this video, sellerpic was only one and my workflow for this video didn’t allow for more time to pay for and extensively use it before shooting. I don’t see the big deal as I gave a good idea of its capabilities anyway. Pika isn’t worth spending for a bigger package for me at this point in time and I’ve covered them in two other videos (I’ve given them more coverage on the channel than necessary actually)

@@dirtydevotee maybe you missed the part where I show that they are using minimax’s api? So it is technically minimax with less input filters. Titles and thumbnails are tricky, explaining all of that in a title or thumbnail would be too sloppy lol. I should also clarify, like mentioned in another comment, that if you don’t care about the less censored input/output, you might as well use actual minimax since you can get unlimited for $95/month
