I'm going 2 get a chance 2 play rimworld again.. my maps last 50+ years I've had times where I had 5 different bases with 10-15 people. Love the game and the challenge of making everything work while it's always a hair away from total collapse lol.

Ha job corps.. I went 2 one once and I ended up being the floor leader responsible for keeping up on others 2 clean. Wasn't a bad place but I wouldn't do it again..

@theeightysixedendtimes5944 yeah I'm a bay leader myself and it can be trouble looking over other roommates especially if they are minors. I have had multiple people moving into my room and out and I've seen some terribly lazy people. I just came here for free trade school. Some of these guys came to freeload.

@ShotzFired88 nice good 2 be responsible early in life. I went because I was kicked out of school but job corps was the first place I made friends. But this was 2000s.. times were different for sure hope you have a good experience over all.. 2 me job corps was where I first smoke cigarettes and weed and got drunk 😆.

My friend I have been through hell and back since the days of old.. but a shiver runs down my back and I have flash backs.. 8 years of training my body physically as I worked 2 or 3 jobs.. I was a paperboy midnight too 6 or 9am but I was also a shift manager at pizza hut.. I also work a power washing job for a guy..

@@theeightysixedendtimes5944 The reason I asked is because print newspapers are on a major decline. More customers are switching to digital e-paper. I know a carrier buddy of mine had to quit his easy & profitable route only because 80% of the customers cancelled their paper in favor of digital e-paper on their ipad tablets.

@@theeightysixedendtimes5944 Well bud, I'm glad you ditched the paper job after 8 years. It's quite taxing on the body & on the vehicle. (wear & tear on brakes, tranny...costly repairs at the shop)

Yes is fun for a while but eventually it breaks you down.. sounds like they are doing what happened 2 me In 2020. If you want a good delivery job go ups or FedEx.

Its definitely normal. 2016 my house was under 6 ft of water in under 15 hrs. Not a single alert on any phones, no sirens, no weatherman telling us to gtfo the area. Not a damn thing. In fact 911 disconnected the lines. 100% on our own. Took the gaurd 4 days to rescue us. Had to break into a grade school on a hill 2 miles away. Completely cut off from everything and on our own. End of the day u cant depend on anyone except yourself.

And dont even get me started on fema.

Lasers from space is a little much, I feel. But I do think letting a fire burn down some areas you want 2 re build is possible. They cut our power 3 days before the fire burned the house down.

@verifiedduncepackcrew5586 we were told by the fire department 10years before that if we didn't thin out the trees, they wouldn't help us if we had a fire. The tamarack fire started far away in another state, and tho a fire break was created 14years before hand it did nothing. 2 stop it.. they cleared the trees and made a grass field that fuled a fast, hot burning fire that came straight down, burning us down. However, 2 my left and right were safe.. they cleared the trees like they were... told..

Aluminum has a low melting point, same with glass. I got a lot of cool aluminum run offs scattered. The ones you see in the back of the truck bead are from the trailer.

@theeightysixedendtimes5944 what are you on about providing no evidence and proving nothing a quick Google search taught me that gasoline burns about 1878° F aluminum melts at 1221 so it'd make sense to find some melted aluminum but Glass melts between 2600-2800 no way that fire got hot enough to melt Glass but the fire in Hawaii destroyed aluminum glass literally everything but blue stuff and rich peoples houses it was a land grab for their smart city.... like can you really not see that?
