i mean.. it is called super mario eclipse, after all. anyways, collecting shines progressively make it brighter, and there's a setting in the options to have it to normal lighting, which will make it brighter.

I'm *super* stoked that Trails in the Sky FC is getting a full-blown remake. I just hope that its two sequels get the same treatment. Regardless, *very* worth it if well-written story, characters, dialogue, and continuity are your thing
