E10 means fire failed, the possible reasons as below: 1.check if the fuel tank has enough fuel; 2.check if it pumps fuel normally or not; 3.check if the sensor cable connection was loosened or not; 4.check if the ignition plug connector was loosened or not; 5.check if the ignition plug was dirty by the carbon deposition after a long time of using, clean it, and fire it with the max gear to push the carbon deposition out the machine. 6.check if the pipe was stopped by the fuel wax, tips: temperature is -9~-3°C, please use the -10# fuel; temperature is below -10°C， please use -35# fuel, otherwise, the fuel will become to wax to stop the pipe connector.

English operation steps for reference. 1st step, driving the car on the road to test the car and its gear box if it has problem. 2nd step, exhausting some oil from the gear box bottom for preparing to add washing liquid (this step can be skipped if you don't want to add washing liquid) 3rd step,with Empty box function to exahust the machine used oil out to the container.(note:if use the differen model oil with the last time machine used. it's better to add some new oil to the new oil box to push the used oil inside the machine pipe system) 4th step,connecting the gear box pipe with the correct connector. 5th step,adding the washing liquid and set 5 minutes to start cycle cleannig function 6th step, 2 minutes later, starting the engine , step on the braker pedal and operate every gear 5 seconds. 7th step, after cycle function finished, open the gear box bottom cap, and exhaust the used oil to the white plastic measuring glass., and record how many liters used oil exhaused out from the gear box. Then, we have to add back the same quantity liters new oil to the gear box with 9th step operation.(tips: because of this model car gear box bottom oil can't be recycled to machine pipe system, so we exhaust the used oil in the bottom gear box by manual way.) 8th step,adding new oil to the machine new oil box. Note: to add 2L more new oil which should be more than the capacity of the car gear box. 9th step, selecting the 3rd option new oil adding function, to add the new oil to the gear box, the added new oil quantity is same as the exhaused oil amount in 7th step. 10th step, selecting option 2nd to set how many liters needs to be exchanged, then start the Eqt exchange function. steping on the braker and operate one time every gear when the machine finishs 30% Eqt exchange process. 11th step, watching the color of two glass tubes (uesd oil and new oil) on the panel. 12th step, checking the gear box oil level under the bottom of gear box, to check if there is oil comes out, if there is oil comes out means the oil level is ok. 13th step, remove all the pipes and test the car again.
