Wifi does not connect even after about 10 steps No matter how many times we complain they don't give proper answer. Even in our next room wifi does not connect due to which we have to face many problems. If you have any fiber provider near you then it is better to connect Jio AirFiber but Jio Fiber is fraudulent.

Exactly Bro... they will say one thing (like unlimited, can be cancelled at any time with refund) before installation but after installation they will say "NO". Adding to the "cons", Air Fiber can't split 2.5 Ghz & 5 Ghz separately we can connect only via 5 Ghz, this will have problem to connect smart device like lamps, CP + home camera which can only connect with 2.4 Ghz. We can't cancel (disconnect) the connection, if you wish we can do that, but there won't be single rupee refund, but before the installation they said we can get refund of unused anytime after installation. Adding to all this worst customer care they don't know anything about the plan and issue resolution, worst worst worst worst....... + They committed for unlimited outgoing but they have not provided yet any such facility. Just they give account number which is nothing but landline number without any use.....(Location Hyderabad, Telangana)
