Support is not existant at all. Myself and many others can't receive the Version: V11.1.0.83 update that allows for ceiling mount and use the keystone features. Nobody seems to respond to ANY social media support outlets or email support emails. I'm left with only one option and that's to return the unit.

I just received this projector for my 30th birthday and I am in love! It displays a better image than the 5 other tvs that I own. I'm just waiting on the V11.1.0.83 update release fix for October so I can play 3D Blu-ray movies! Then, it will be the perfect device!!! Can't wait to purchase 4 more of your 3D glasses then!

Why no MEMC? It is terrible....

So... the only way to use 3D is to have your projector in the perfect position so that it fits the screen? And this makes all the auto-adjust features a complete waste?

Am letzten Prime Day hab ich zugeschlagen. In 3 Tagen kommt der Mars Pro 2 bei mir an & ich freu mich schon sehr auf diesen optisch ansprechenden und Technisch vollgepackten Beamer. :) kommt mit Gimbal Desktop Stand, allerdings leider ohne 3D Brillen. Nach vielen Testberichten für mich der Beste kompakte 4K Beamer auf dem Markt. :) Top Job Dangbei 🤩

Looks great but 3D still does not work and it was supposed to be updated in mid-June. I have 30 days to decide to return and may end up returning it if 3D is not updated before then

Just set up the dbox2. Looks great only a few issues. Vudu Fandango only streams in SD content when using built in google tv. My TV is the same google and plays VUDU Fandango 4k. Trying 3D content the projector does not display and must be turned off. 30 days to decide to keep or return I want to keep but these are huge issues.

Mine only worked for 2 hours and didn't turn on again, I contacted support in December 2022 and they simply didn't respond, I looked for the only technician who works with laser projects here in Brazil and he can't get the part to replace, I was jealous an email to Dangbei support last month wanting to purchase a part (multiple laser diode), also without success.

Dangbei you got some of the most value projecters there is a reason the brand is popular in China And the advertisement for example the tv comparison is the most fair comparison in an advertisement I ever witness you gave the pros and cons Of TVs over projecters and opposite you’re pretty high on my list But still I would appreciate if you had brighter projecters for the higher end markets Dangbei Mars pro may be brighter then projecters at similar price points but at a higher tier it obviously loses although not far and that’s impressive
