Heyy, if you still have that combo at home: 1. The sampoo use only for hands washing at sink after using toilet to not just throwing that to bin 2. The conditioner use ONLY to the hair that is under your ears (I know its not much but trust me) 3. Buy professional shampoo and use it 2x every time and focus for massaging the sampoo to the scalp. Professional shampoo should ladder at the second wash, not the first but its very important to massage the sampoo first time too. Try to use heat only after 3 days with heat protector and using hair oil every day in amount that dont leave your hair oily.

I don’t think a shampoo and a conditioner can destroy someone hair you just don’t use something that is good for your hair type

Probably just no what you needed for your hair. I have long fine hair with dry ends and oily scalp and it's working gor my hair concerns/needs. It's got silicones soo if your hair isn't good with those I'd skip. It also has surfactants which can be stripping for some peoples hair. If you're looking for repair and length I'd try loreal elvive dream lengths or the loreal everpure bond repair line. Otherwise look for what concerns you have and sensitivities you have.
