iNKSCAPE AND ORIGIN ARE THE BEST
Thanks DiCarloLabUCLA ..for such an informative video ..keep going... appreciated!
this video changed my entire life
Very informative. I think the use of foundry models and then adapting them to your dataset will be useful, but of course that doesn't translate to testing many biomolecules. If we really wanted to make a concerted effort we would have large database where all these data can be stored and be used to train models, to have a head start. Another thing that is quite useful for biotech is that the processes are mostly similar to each other, so making a TEA is not that complicated and can be translated quite easily. Thanks a lot!
Thanks for the feedback!
Thanks Joe!
Very informative, Appreciate it
Is there a sequal to this? I'd like to know the modern techniques as well
I have learn a lot through this presentation, but I want to request you please share one more lecture for those who don't have source whatever discuss in this vedio. Please, discus on it how we can these app download free. Thank you!
Very nice presentation! Thanks for sharing it! I have also worked with droplet-based microfluidics. Great job, well done!
Thanks! that was a lot of information.
Extremely informative and helpful video. I had recently taken an opportunity at a large pharmaceutical company for an antiody engineering and discovery position. My concentration is in molecular biological processes and genetics, so I have a lot of context information in the field, but this lecture really helps outline the process from start to finish with drug Discovery all the way up to scaling up targeted antibodies. I highly recommend watching this video for individuals working with antibodies in pharmaceutical companies. The presenter is incredibly intelligent and is able to explain the processes very well.
Thank you for your presentation!I am a postgraduate from China,i love the Matlab, but never try to plot by it. Now i gonna plot with Matlab, but the gitlab website is 404, could you tell me how to get the code?
The researchgate link in the description has the Matlab function used in the video along with the slides.
@@joederutte9779 thank you Joe,but I found there are only 3 lines of text in the TXT file downloaded from the link
Thanks for the note. I adjusted the files so now the downloaded file should be the Matlab function.
@@joederutte9779 Thank you so so so much😊😊😊!!!
is there a possibility to get access to the git repo for the pretty-plots in Matlab git? it looks really cool
Great presentation. Thanks for sharing!
Great presentation. Loved it. Thanks for sharing all these suggestions.
Very informative and good presentation. Thank you very much. I have one question regarding inkscape. I am a PhD student in Germany and over the last months worked myself into inkscape. Now, I want ro submitt a paper, but the journal wants Tiff or EPS format. As I understand inkscape correctly, I can only export selections as png file or save the whole inkscape file as svg file. How can I save or export my figuers as EPS or Tiff file? Thank you very much already!
Hi Philipp, there should be an option to save as eps file format as well as PDF. That should work for most journal submissions.
VERY INFORMATIVE
To sum up. Learn inkscape
Very nice stuff, thank you very much indeed!
It is exactly what I have been seeking for a long while. Appreciate!
Informative and helpful. Thank you!
very nice
could you please tell me the dimensions of the channel that you use?
