So USAA Is outsourcing customer service now hmmm . I had a USAA bank account i closed years ago because they pulled a massive bad Faith on a insurance claim! They spent a lot of time and resources making sure they didn't have to pay us For a Break-in of my home. I'm sure in the past this would not have happened! But something changed with USAA as they grew. Once I actually got a Check from them that was USAA but it was a Bank of America account? The check was legit they refused to explain why they paid me with another Banks check? That was from a weather damage claim. They say they have no ties with Bank of America "A Bank I will never do business with" but yet I have a cashed check showing they are hiding something. The USAA employees that handled that Bad Faith Claim should be arrested. I couldn't afford a Lawyer to fight it. I Lost a previous house because of the losses.

Those three gentlemen look like they are very law abiding citizens themselves.
