I want you to know that your pain and your struggles are deeply understood. The journey you've been through is not easy, and it’s a testimony to your deep search for meaning and truth. You’ve been seeking fulfillment in many places - both in the world and in different versions of faith - and yet, you still feel empty. This is a painful place to be, but please hear me when I say: there is hope. You are not alone in this struggle, and I want to encourage you that true happiness and peace can only be found in a deep, personal relationship with Jesus Christ. The world, as you mentioned, may seem to offer pleasure, but it is fleeting and ultimately unfulfilling. The only true and lasting joy comes from Christ, who fills the empty places of our hearts with His peace, love, and purpose. The despair you're feeling and the doubts you have about your life - these are not signs of weakness, but of the deep longing for something real, something eternal. Jesus offers that very thing. He invites you to cast your burdens on Him, and He promises to give you rest. You don’t have to keep searching in vain. The truth you feel is inside of you, but it is not found in a religion, a version of Christianity, or anything in this world - it is found in Jesus Christ, the Way, the Truth, and the Life. I know it may be hard to see right now, but there is a path to healing. Jesus can heal your brokenness, lift you from despair, and fill you with His life-giving Spirit. Please take that step of faith, even if it’s small, and allow Him to guide you. Let me pray for you: Heavenly Father, I lift up my brother to You right now. Lord, You know the pain he is experiencing, the emptiness, and the confusion he feels. I pray that You would open his heart to the truth of Your love. Lord Jesus, I ask that You would meet him in his darkest moment, and let him experience Your healing touch. Bring peace to his heart, and fill the void with Your presence. @ you know I want to thank you first of all because you took the time to honestly reply to me and you read what I wrote and understood. I have called on Jesus many times, but I either fall back into sin and for a while I was doing good, but I fell back into sexual immorality and then I was going to get married but I changed my mind and maybe he is done playing games with me because he thinks I am not being sincere. The depression and the regret that I have is very heavy and I just stay in bed searching for videos on TH-cam for something to encourage me. I know that the hope for true life is found within and is with the Christ in you. I hope God heard your prayer and answers it for me. Thank you again and peace to you.
