well, first of all im happy that you seem to be more of a musician than i thought previously. The moment I asked for that, I didnt know that it was a break from an old song. Didnt know what a break was, so since you knew about it, you could have said sth like: Dude, these arent normal sounds, it sounds cool because its a very famous old sample. or whatever. Dont wanna fight though, all good. right?
you didn't even ask about the amen break, you asked how he did it, and I replied, "how does Netsky do the different sounding drums" you didn't ask "what's the break he used at 0:42" If you asked that I would've replied with the Amen Break.
its a question to real musicians who can give a precise answer, not to you. This is an original drum loop samples from old beats. I found the song by now.
