Unfortunately, i believe trying to retrospectively create an installation/advice video would be difficult, without reinstalling the kit. However, i will look into updating the description, to add some advice. To be honest, the kit is very easy to install. The instructions that come with the kit are straight forward and my video supplements them, in my opinion. Firstly, you need to have converted your bike to a 12v system. I did this using a Lucas parts, Lucas 2 wire stator WW10109, Lucas 12v coil etc, with a Wassell solid state rectifier WW10123W and 12v battery YB4L-B. I purchased the ignition kit from www.classicbikeshop.co.uk/electrical-ignition-kit-mk1.html ,as well as the other parts required. Note - The optimal ignition timing will depend on your engine configuration. Some models prefer 36 degrees advance max, others 32 degrees, depending on compression ratio, cam profile etc. My bike starts first/second kick, even when stood for weeks, with this setup. There are several electronic ignition kits on the market, but this Wassell kit works well, in my experience.

@@johngriffith5231 hi, to my knowledge, there are only a couple of motorbike meets at Fladbury, during the year. These are organised by Cotswold Bikers' Nite, on one Wednesday, in aid of the Midlands Air Ambulance. And, Steel Horse bikers, on one Thursday, which is a club meet, all welcome. Calendar of dates and locations for the various events, which are held on Wed & Thurs evenings, are published by these groups, at the beginning of each year, on the internet.

@@racertwo It was a shame about the weather, but it was good to see that that didn't bring a halt to proceedings. It was my first VSCC meeting and it was great to see all those old cars, being used as intended.

@@michaelmclarney1994 Normal Tuesday evening meets are usually quite quiet. No band and not many bikes TBH. It's the Midland Bikers' meet, on the last Tuesday evening of each month, that's the one to go to. Starts from 16:30. Band start's at 19:00. If the weather's good, it'll be busy 👍🏼

@@comejoinmeon cheers bud, no all good thank you. Bike was fine too, it was low speed I just overcooked it as I didn't know there was a sharp bend and the gravel was proper loose wasn't it! I have footage of it but I don't do TH-cam :D

@@comejoinmeon it was great to see indeed. Was one of the few foreigners 😅. I absolutely did! Had too much fun kicking up the dust. Also did the expert levels etc. Was very doable.
