Vanille plantafolia failed to deliver on vanilla. It is more smoke and incense heavy than it is vanilla heavy

Thanks for the video! I was able to smell these in Paris in December and couldn't agree more about the Tonka. I, however, love vanilla so I was surprised it was my favorite. Time to save those coins!

Sorry this is my third comment, I just have a lot to say about fragrance today LOL! But given that this turned into a “perfumes to wear on dates” content I’ve got to warn you if you are trying to get with someone who grew up catholic, incense scents are risky. Personally my wife finds it really unnerving when I activate her childhood memories of being at church 😂. She would prefer if I just always smelled like a flower.

So excited for you to start making videos on TH-cam! You have pointed me towards so many amazing perfumes and I trust and appreciate your opinion when it comes to scents. As a possible video idea/something I’ve always wondered about: many scents I try on smell amazing in the bottle or even on other people but will smell overwhelmingly like baby powder with just a hint of the other notes on my skin. It even happens with scents that don’t list powder as a note. Why is this? And is there a way (I.e. specific scent notes) for me to tell if a scent is going to turn to powder on my skin before I try it on?

Washcloths are unhygienic!!! Either you wash it in hot hot antibacterial soap and water after every use or don't use one at all. Don't get me started on loofahs.

Your armpit bacteria will eat your sweat and their poop is what makes the smell from your armpits. Scientific fact. If you use a deodorant it will temporarily solve the problem and mask the smell. If you use an antiperspirant it will cut off the food supply to the bacteria and keep you smelling fresh for days even without using it everyday.
