Hey man! Remember using handwraps to avoid hurt your knucles and wrists, when your technical skills improves, your punches are gonna be much more hard and this can result in a bad injury if your hands are'nt properly protected. Try throwing more dry shots, starting the moves from your feet, then legs, hips, body and finally ending with the arms and fists. A good way to notice if you are doing a good work is observing that the heavybag does'nt move in too much, not pushing, just like a little jump. Many boxing tutorials can be finded in TH-cam in order to help you improve thoose technical details. Keep trainning and stay strong!
