Great quality video and nicely edited! But that house has a bad layout too many rooms for that small sqft, though the price and overall design is not bad imho.

Super elegant ! And it's a lot of space for this price in southern Cali. I particularly loved the living room. The bedrooms are pretty spacious. And there is a lot of space outside. It's an interesting one.

It's absolutely stunning! I loved the entire tour but the living room+ magnificent kitchen are my favorite spots of the house. And the bedroom downstair is a real plus.

I’m sorry, that house was so disappoint. The neighborhood looked really nice and clean. The outside of the house was nice as well, but the inside didn’t make no sense. The addition didn’t match the rest of the house. The house is very outdated and didn’t match the price point.

Come on! For a million smackerroos, you need to replace that cracked concrete on the patio and extend it out to include all pergola posts. And, then there are the cheap hollow interior doors, circa 1972, and the too small vanity in the bath that doesn’t reach the wall. $1,000,000 is still a lot of money; demand more! Thanks, Omar!

Yeah, somebody will find a way to build 12 story condos on those wetlands. Stay tuned! What would decorators do if they didn’t have GRAY? How about some color! Favorite was the patio area, but a built in hot tub would have been nice. The home is beautiful, but most of that is staging and a little “spartan” for the price. Note that neighbor homes are bigger. Without further adieu, my favorite was the upstairs master bathroom…lots of room and amenities. This house is a classic case of an upper middle class home in a middle class neighborhood that is not affordable for the majority of middle class buyers. How much equity would you need to get out of your current home to make your mortgage payments realistic, $750K? Not sure how families do it!
