I maybe the only one who thinks this but I do and I still stand by it. 2007 was hell for Sami, I am a Sami fan from day one. I remember thinking payback is a bitch but that stuff she went through was beyond that to me. Then after everything she went through, she's told marry Ej and we will stop the fued against her family. She's telling herself I put them through enough besides Stefano put her family through enough, she and her siblings and cousins grew up like that at the mercy of the Dimera's. (I'm also a fan of the Dimera's). So when she finally realize he's Stefano son no matter her feelings it couldn't happen her family would freak out. Lucas knew she wasn't being selfish her just I believe early on that he was looking her to Ej and Sami didn't even realize it cause she kept lying to herself for a very long time. I know they butted each other over the years but still yes 2007 was Hell and it started on that road he pick her up on. I still love Ejami. They had one hellava journey. That made them one of the most popular couples in past and recent daytime. They are truly missed. That's why I watch the old clips of them like crazy.

The reason I loved Ejami dance(Tango) better is because the chemistry literally jumps off the screen it stayed that way the whole time. Together or not together. They did not have that Hot chemistry with no one else, so I didn't even bother to watch EJ with anyone else I just skip right on through
