They wont allow to renew the licence, the rule is different in each province. Clearing nclex is inevitable part to get license since it is one of the indicators to ensure the safety for society.

Sister am an US NCLEX cleared RN with EB3 priority date . Am planning to apply for this one. The agencies are telling there is huge veccancies for nurses in these provinces. Is that correct Sister?Agencies are telling they will provide employer interviews and assist until PR processing. And after reaching there will get PR within 1 year. These all statements are trustable sister?

Grace RN world is not an immigration agency. So we are not familiar with migration. Grace RN world is sharing information regarding nursing profession only. However, after nursing registration, for sure you need visa to come here to work. It is another part of process to come to canada or USA. It is better to contact with immigration lawyer instead of untrustable agencies, especially, if they are located outside Canada. So diligence is needed before you spend money. Here everybody is going via officially recognized people. I hope this will help you

Yes, getting eligibility is the preliminary test, then you need to go through the registration examination. Sometimes they will issue conditional license however it is purely depends on council decision, then you can apply for jobs and need to pass the interview process. Earlier in Canada getting eligibility to write NCLEX ., it was not easy at all… now you can directly apply for eligibility through this designated country pathway

There are many options to apply... And it is based on the crs score, and pnp options too

Bsc nursing degree is needed... But you can try to get licensure requirements through US licensure board.... Then after RN title you can convert the license to Canada..
